VT Cosmetics - Reedle Shot Synergy Sparkling Toner Pad - facial pads that restore the skin's pH balance. The addition of tea tree leaf extract regulates sebum secretion, while panthenol and betaine soothe and moisturize the skin. The whole is completed by CICAHYALON™ complex, which is based on Centella Asiatica and hyaluronic acid. It exhibits moisturizing and soothing effects and promotes epidermal regeneration.
